AAHKS Signs Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute Regulation Letter

AAHKS signed on with more than 120 other health care organizations in writing to President Trump in support of proposed reforms and modernization to the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) regulations. The letter states “these improvements will foster collaboration and innovation among healthcare stakeholders, allowing hospitals, physicians, healthcare manufacturers and others to deliver better care at lower cost.” Read the letter.
