As previously reported, we are making significant progress advancing H.R. 8702, the Holding Providers Harmless from Medicare Cuts During COVID-19 Act of 2020. The bill would provide a “relief payment” in 2021 and 2022 for any Medicare cuts that go through in the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule. We have a very short timeline to build momentum and garner support for this bill before Congress adjourns.
