The AJRR Orthopaedic Quality Resource Center has been approved as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) for 2016, and includes 38 approved PQRS and custom measures.
President William A. Jiranek, MD, stated of the QCDR, “The introduction of additional process and outcome measures for hip arthroplasty patients is an important step in ensuring our members have access to measures applicable to their practice and which will result in the highest quality of care for our patients. AAHKS supports the expansion of the AJRR as its official registry and looks forward to continued collaboration around the QCDR.” View the press release.
