Apply to OREF Grants by September 5

Applications for two Orthopaedic Research and Education Foundation (OREF) grants are due by Thursday, September 5, 2019. The Impact of Regulatory Policies on the Patient-Physician Relationship Research Grant in Honor of Sigvard Hansen, MD provides up to $75,000 in funding and solicits investigator-driven research proposals that explore the impact of regulatory practices on the patient-physician relationship. Applications for the OREF Resident Research Project Grant are also due September 5. Orthopaedic surgery residents are invited to apply for this $5,000 research grant which provides a valuable opportunity for residents to experience what it is like to lead a research project.
