The AAHKS Board of Directors retreat that took place last week focused on strategic issues. Facilitated by Jim Meffert of Tecker International, Board members learned best practices to apply strategy in the core areas of the AAHKS mission: education, advocacy and research. Board members also conducted a review of and provided direction to staff on the AAHKS strategic plan.
