Senate Confirms New HHS Head

On Wednesday, the U.S. Senate confirmed Alex Azar as the new Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). According to The Hill, Azar served previously under George W. Bush as HHS general counsel and also as deputy secretary. Most recently, Azar held the president position at pharmaceutical company, Lilly USA. Full story.
