Britain’s former number one ranked professional tennis player, Andy Murray, has announced that he will retire from tennis at the end of the year “due to severe pain in his hip,” according to the New Scientist. After two hip surgeries, Murray is considering resurfacing next; however, reports say that he will end professional play after Wimbeldon in July. Full story.
