OrthoEvidence (OE), a benefit of AAHKS membership, has launched a new tool for physicians that presents evidence to inform recommendations for the care of patients with orthopaedic or musculoskeletal conditions. Within each OE Recommends topic, users will find:

  • Background information
  • Details regarding the treatments evaluated
  • Results from meta-analyses of published research
  • Option to vote
  • Voting results

Voting results are displayed as the percentage of panel members who recommend the particular treatment for the health condition of interest, with results shown within different contexts, such as varying levels of disease severity or time frames of symptomatic relief, where applicable.

To access OE Recommends, log in here with your AAHKS username and password.
