Robust Publication Rates of AAHKS Annual Meeting Presentations

A study published in the April Journal of Arthroplasty  looked at publication rates in various journals for accepted podium and poster abstracts from the AAHKS Annual Meeting in the years 2012-2014. Results showed the overall publication rate of 71% and average time to publication of 14.5 months. The authors concluded, “Presentations at the AAHKS annual meeting have an impressive rate of publication. The research presented at the meeting is impactful and high quality, warranting consideration for future publication.” There are 21 days remaining to submit abstracts for the 2018 AAHKS Annual Meeting before the June 1^st deadline.
