VTE Clinical Practice Guideline Input Needed

The American Society of Hematology (ASH) is seeking comments on new draft clinical practice guidelines for venous thromboembolism (VTE) on 1) Optimal Management of Anticoagulation and 2) Diagnosis of VTE. These guidelines were developed by ASH, in collaboration with the McMaster University GRADE Center, using a process intended to meet recommendations of the Institute of Medicine and inclusion criteria of the National Guidelines Clearinghouse. Recommendations were formed by guideline panels that include experts in VTE from multiple disciplines, methodologists, and patient representatives.
